With your vendor team in place, it’s time to bring your wedding vision to life through every detail of your design. We guide you through selecting flowers, linens, chargers, flatware, glassware, china patterns, signage, stationery, and more, ensuring that every element works together harmoniously. This is where your curated aesthetic comes to fruition, creating a cohesive and elevated experience that reflects your unique style and story.
03. Design
With your vendor team in place and your design fully refined, it’s time to bring every element together. We begin by finalizing the timeline and floor plan, submit final counts and details to the appropriate vendors, and ensure all logistics are accounted for. The process culminates in a comprehensive event document that outlines your wedding day from start to finish, capturing every detail so your celebration is seamless, thoughtfully executed, and truly unforgettable.
04. Finalizing Every Detail
The day you’ve been dreaming of is finally here. It’s your time to relax, be pampered, and fully immerse yourself in every magical moment. Your only focus should be enjoying the celebration and the love surrounding you. Our team will be on site from start to finish, managing every detail to ensure a seamless and stress-free day for you, your partner, and your family. Absolutely! Our team is fully insured, including general liability, personal property, and workers’ compensation coverage, so you can feel confident and worry-free throughout the planning process and on your wedding day.

Yes! While we are based in New England, we proudly travel throughout the region and beyond for destination weddings. Whether it’s a romantic coastal celebration, a historic estate, or an international getaway, our team brings the same meticulous attention to detail, personalized service, and seamless execution to every location, ensuring your wedding is flawlessly curated no matter where it takes place.
Do you travel outside the New England area?
The Partial Planning package does not include sourcing or contracting hotel blocks, hair and makeup, or officiant services. It also excludes purchasing or managing stationery, signage, and other personal items not provided by vendors, such as save the dates, invitations, welcome and ceremony signage, programs, guest books, card boxes, keepsake flutes, cake cutters, etcetera. Save the date, invitation, and RSVP management are also not included.
