From our first interaction to saying goodbye on your wedding day, each step of the way we cultivate not only a professional relationship but a personal one too in order to ensure your wedding day is reflective of everything you've imagined and so much more. We become not only your planner but a friend, a sounding board, someone to lean on if you become overwhelmed, someone to bounce ideas around with until we find just the right fit, and most importantly, your biggest advocate to ensure your day is just that; YOURS.

One size doesn't fit all, and neither should your wedding day or even your wedding planning for that matter! Our purpose is to ensure your wedding day is reflective of you and your partner and the journey that lead you to this moment. We execute that purpose by providing an individualized approach to wedding planning to ensure you have a stress free planning process and by flawlessly executing your wedding day so your only "job" is to eat, drink, and enjoy yourselves! 

From the second we spoke with Vic we knew that she was exactly what we were looking for in a planner. However, upon working with her she absolutely exceeded our expectations, even MORE so during our wedding weekend! Vic was extremely reliable over call/text/email from the moment we came on board. She was organized and did not forget a single detail. When we were faced with challenges, she was supportive and helpful in working through solutions while always respecting us as a couple. When it came to our wedding weekend she did not skip a single beat, had everything and everyone (even the groomsmen!) under control. If something went wrong, we didn't even notice because Vic and team were prepared for anything. The entire weekend and set up was exactly how we pictured it thanks to Vic and her team! It feels strange not talking to her 24/7 anymore but we already can't wait to cross paths with her again, when she plans our siblings' future weddings :)

From our very first Zoom call with her, her communication was prompt and clear with both us as well as with our vendors as the day came closer. In addition, she was very professional with all interactions. Her passion for the industry shows through in her effort and attention to detail. Victoria had an answer for the few things that came up on our day. For example, I got lipstick on my dress prior to the first look and she immediately resolved the issue. She was such a great advocate for us, our vision, and the feeling that we were trying to convey for our wedding day. We were able to soak in every moment of the day with her to lean on. Now reminiscing on our wedding day we keep coming back to how important the decision to have them as part of our wedding was. Truly the absolute best!

1. WHAT IS A BANQUET EVENT ORDER?
This is a document we create that contains all of your event details from start to finish. This includes getting ready information, 1st look information, transportation timeline breakdown, set up notes for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, ceremony order (processional, recessional, standing, & reserved seats), important songs (ceremony & reception), full menu (cocktail hour & reception), full timeline, vendors and their contact information, and your floor-plan(s).

2. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU DON'T SET UP OR BREAKDOWN?
We do not set up or breakdown tables, chairs, furniture, arbors/chuppah's, linens, china, flatware & glassware. This applies to the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception. 

3. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE?
The following elements are not included in the partial planning package:
Sourcing and contracting Hotel Blocks, Hair & Make Up and Officiant
Sourcing & purchasing save the dates, invitations, welcome signs, ceremony signs, card & gift sign, guest book sign, card box, guest book, ceremony programs, diy elements, keepsake champagne flutes & cake cutters, misc ceremony elements that aren't through a vendor, misc reception elements that aren't through a vendor.

4. IS THE REHEARSAL DINNER, WELCOME PARTY, AFTER PARTY, OR FAREWELL BRUNCH PLANNING AND EXECUTION INCLUDED IN THE FULL OR PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGES?
They are not, we've found that your budget is better utilized but having us as an advisor for these aspects. That being said, you do have the option to add these events on as outlined in our add on selections. 

5. ARE YOU INSURED?
Absolutely! We have both general liability and personal property insurance as well as workers comp insurance for our team.
